He explains how the content of your site must be (1) relevant, (2) build your reputation, (3) Remarkably, (4) readable, and (5) of sufficient scope. Relevant. You must have content that speaks to what people are interested in. reputation. You gradually develop a reputation for providing useful, relevant content. Increasingly review of your site get noticed by Google. Remarkable. Only really big (or really bad) content is annotated or linked to. This requires that small businesses should do careful niche marketing so they can excel in one area. The increase in Zappos.com is because of their pursuit of excellence. Legibility.
