A easy explanation of SEO.,
Provides a well reasoned explanation of search engine optimization, in as easy to understand format that works for the beginner. A great place to start when analyzing your search engine rankings. Great for the Newbie

|This book is not an en depth guide.,
I gave this book two stars because there is some meta tag information and a basic overview of things. This guide is about 40ish pages long and nothing like the other SEO books I have seen. Very basic! Nothing in depth is really covered. Which you can’t in 40 pages. He uses his personal website for the examples as a way of promoting his own website. My personal thinking is that this is meant to be an eBook to promote his own company. However, that being said. There is not much on anything…Universal search is not covered, Google Caffeine changes, Google Instant, or the Google Farmers update. Nothing recent is really covered which for a brand new book on SEO you would expect to find. I didn’t feel it deserved 1 star but I do feel kind of tricked in a way based on its description.

|A great beginner SEO book,
If you’re just getting into SEO I highly recommend this book. It’s very clear and readable with simple to understand instructions on how to implement SEO on any website. But the real value comes from visiting the author’s website where he hold’s a Q&A/FAQ forum. Already on the first day after reading this book he has answered multiple, very specific SEO related questions that I was fully prepared to pay someone to answer.
